Privacy notice
An enquiry to the sales desk for iLamp Technology (Shenzhen iLamp Technology Co., Ltd, 深圳市兰谱芯科技有限公司) stores three things: your message, the WhatsApp number or email address it arrives from, and the page you were reading when you sent it. They are used to answer you and to quote. Ask for deletion at any time.
What an enquiry stores. When you write on WhatsApp or by email, the desk receives your message and whatever you put in it: the reference or factory code you are asking about, quantity, destination country, branding need, and your name, company and contact details as you give them. Your WhatsApp number, or your email address, arrives with the message whether you write it out or not. A message started from a WhatsApp button also carries the heading and address of the page you were reading and a short label naming how you arrived. That text is shown to you in WhatsApp before you send it, and you can edit or delete any of it.
What it is used for. Answering your question, preparing a quotation, arranging a sample and running the order that follows. Nothing else. Your details are not sold, rented or added to a mailing list. They go outside the desk only where the order needs it: the factory receives the specification it has to quote and make, and on a private-label order the brand artwork you approve; a forwarder receives the consignee and delivery details it has to ship to.
Cookies and tracking. The pages set no cookies and carry no advertising or analytics trackers. Your browser holds one short label naming how you arrived, in session storage, until you close the tab; it is added to the enquiry you send and otherwise stays on your device. The pages are served from a hosting service, which keeps the ordinary web-server record of each request: the internet address it came from, the page and the time. That record is not joined to your enquiry. WhatsApp and your own email provider handle your message under their own terms, which the desk does not control.
Where it is kept, and for how long. Your message stays in the desk's WhatsApp chat history and in the sales@ilamptechnology.com mailbox, beside the quotation, proforma invoice and shipping papers that belong to the order. There is no database behind the pages, no login and no account to create. An enquiry that does not become an order is kept while it is open. Order correspondence is kept for as long as the commercial papers behind a shipment are needed. Ask sooner and it goes.
Deletion, correction and a copy. Write to sales@ilamptechnology.com and say what you want removed. The chat thread and the mail thread are deleted, apart from what an issued invoice or a completed shipment obliges the desk to keep. Use the same address to ask for a copy of what is held, or to correct a company name, address or contact.
Who is behind the desk. ilamptechnology.com is the English-language sales desk for Shenzhen iLamp Technology Co., Ltd (深圳市兰谱芯科技有限公司), Bao'an District, Shenzhen, operated by Ryanfulfil, Singapore. Quotations, samples and orders are handled through this desk; the contracting party is confirmed on your quotation. Privacy questions go to the same address as every other question.
