Solar string lights and low-voltage fairy strings

iLamp Technology (Shenzhen iLamp Technology Co., Ltd) makes solar outdoor string lights in ST38, S14 and G40 on 1.5W, 3W and 5W panels, plug-fed star fairy and curtain strings, and solar copper-wire and Morocco ball strings. You choose the length, the socket count, the panel wattage, the socket type and the packaging, and the plug on the rows that take one. Every figure below is as the factory prints it.

How to specify:
  • Length and socket count. The socketed strings run from 25FT / 7.6M to 100FT / 30M and carry 8 to 50 sockets. The copper-wire and Morocco strings give two figures instead: 2.5M+5M, 2.5M+10M or 2.5M+30M. Confirm on your quotation how that splits between the lead and the lit run.
  • Bulb shape, or LED count. ST38, S14 or G40 on the socketed strings. The fairy, curtain, copper-wire and Morocco rows give an LED count in place of a bulb: 100pcs, 200pcs or 300pcs on the fairy and curtain rows, 100 LED or 300 LED on the copper wire, 20 balls on the Morocco strings.
  • Panel wattage. 1.5W, 3W or 5W, one wattage per row and matched to the length, so settle the length first.
  • Panel mount. The factory states a ground stake, a flat base and a spring clamp mount for the 5W panel. The mount supplied with the model you choose is confirmed on your quotation.
  • Socket type. The S14 rows come in die-casting and in suspension. A die-casting holder sits on the cable itself; a suspension holder hangs on a short drop lead from an in-line junction. The ST38 rows are suspension. The G40 rows give a socket count without a holder type, so ask for that on your quotation.
  • Cable. SPT-1 on the ST38 solar rows, SPT-1W on the G40 solar rows, 20AWG SJTW on the S14 solar rows. Wire colour on the fairy and curtain rows is clear, black or green.
  • Plug and voltage on the plug-fed rows. The fairy and curtain rows take a US, EU or GB plug; the factory states their voltage as 100~240V / 27V and their control as a remote with 8 modes.
  • Colour. The fairy and curtain rows are Cold / Warm White or Warm White. The copper-wire and Morocco rows are 3000K, and one Morocco row is RGBY.

Run-time and charge time. Neither figure is printed on these models. Run-time moves with the cell capacity, the number of lamps lit and the sun the panel took that day, so one number would not travel across your markets. Ask for the battery capacity, the charge time and the run-time at full charge with your quotation; the factory's test data is requested and published here when it is received.

Indicative prices

The 25FT / 7.6M solar G40 string is indicative from US$9.1 per string (ex-works, before freight and tax, on the factory's Sep 2026 list price plus 20 %; the exact price is confirmed on your quotation). The longer solar G40 strings, the ST38 and S14 solar strings, the star fairy and curtain strings and the copper-wire and Morocco strings are quoted per configuration, because length, socket count, panel wattage, plug type and packaging each move the figure.

Documents for this family

The factory states its string lights carry an ETL listing and CE and RoHS markings; the listing card, the declaration of conformity and the test reports are requested and will be published here when received. Until then, ask for them with your quotation and treat the marks as the factory's statement.

Two more items belong on a solar order. The fairy and curtain rows run from a plug at 100~240V / 27V, so ask for the paperwork covering the power supply as well as the string. On the panel rows, ask for the cell data sheet and the transport paperwork your freight mode needs before you book. Questions buyers ask

Which rows are solar and which run from a plug?
The ST38, S14 and G40 rows are panel-powered, and so are the copper-wire and Morocco rows. The star fairy and curtain rows run from a plug: a US, EU or GB plug, a stated 100~240V / 27V, and a remote with 8 modes. Say which of the two you mean on your enquiry, because the plug, the voltage and the paperwork differ.
Which panel wattage goes with which length?
Panel wattage tracks the string length and the number of lamps on it. The 1.5W panel goes with the 25FT / 7.6M rows, the 3W panel with the 48FT / 14.6M rows and the 50FT / 15M ST38 row, and the 5W panel with the 100FT / 30M rows and one 50FT / 15M G40 row. One wattage is printed per row, so name the length you need first and the wattage follows it.
What should I check when the sample arrives?
Measure the string against the printed length and count the sockets. Check the cable marking matches the row you ordered: SPT-1, SPT-1W or 20AWG SJTW. Charge the panel for a full day in the position your customer will use, then time the string from dusk and record what you get. Weigh the packed inner box against the printed weight. Put anything that differs in writing before you release the production order.

Ordering this family

Order a sample first. Send the factory code and the configuration you want, and the quotation names the exact code, the length, the socket count, the panel wattage and the packaging. Accept the sample; then a proforma invoice, production, inspection and shipment follow in that order, and a third-party inspector is welcome at the inspection. Samples and ordering sets out the payment chain and the invoice rule to read before you pay anything.

The socketed, copper-wire and Morocco rows carry an inner box in millimetres and a weight in kilograms, which is enough to work out carton counts and volumetric weight before you book freight. Master-carton dimensions and counts are requested from the factory; ask for them with your quotation.
